Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses balochbazar.com or orders from Baloch Bazar. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

  • Orders are placed by sending the products to us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when our team confirms it and gives you a Tracking ID.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the order looks fraudulent. If you paid any advance, it is refunded in full.

Prices and stock

  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). We try to keep prices and stock up to date, but they can change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp is the final price.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Colours and packaging may differ slightly.

Payment and delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Balochistan. Delivery times and charges are explained on the Delivery information page.

Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty follow our Returns & warranty policy.

Fair use

Please do not place fake orders, refuse COD parcels without a valid reason, or misuse the website. We may block numbers that repeatedly do so.

Sellers and affiliates

Sellers and affiliates also agree to the separate terms we share with them when they join.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
