Delivery information

Where we deliver

We deliver across Balochistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time

Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day and usually reach you in 2 to 3 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer. We confirm the expected time on WhatsApp when you order.

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000.
  • For smaller orders, the delivery charge depends on your city and is told to you on WhatsApp before we confirm the order. No hidden charges.

Payment

Cash on delivery (COD) is available across Balochistan: pay the rider when your parcel arrives. For some high-value or special orders we may ask for a small advance, and we will always tell you before confirming.

Tracking your order

After confirmation you receive a Tracking ID. Use it on the Track order page or ask us on WhatsApp.

When your parcel arrives

Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If something looks wrong, tell the rider and message us right away on WhatsApp 0304 2412177.
